Slow Food North Shore’s Spring Soirée

Join us on Tuesday, June 19th @7pm for a Summer celebration, as we welcome new board members, thank old board members, and raise support for our local chapter! Come enjoy a hearty, family-style meal with us at Osteria Leana; a fabulous, Italian-fare restaurant that is tucked away in the quiet corner of Oyster Bay.

Dinner will be graciously prepared by Osteria Leana’s Owner and Executie Chef, Peter Van Der Mije, who has worked alongside heavy hitter chefs like Marcus Samuelsson, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and Dan Kluger.

Chef Peter prioritizes the use of local, fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients, and perfects every dish on the menu in both taste and presentation! Osteria Leana is Aura Rated and Green Restaurant Certified, thus highlighting the importance of environmental sustainability standards in restaurants and local community.
